1. Acceptance
By using Lenona’s services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from booking.
2. Booking & Payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm any booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. All prices are in EUR or NOK.
3. Cancellation policy
• 45+ days before departure: full refund minus 5% admin fee.
• 30–44 days: 50% refund.
• Under 30 days: non-refundable, but we will try to reschedule if possible.
4. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and activities.
5. Liability
Lenona acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for incidents caused by weather, force majeure, or third-party suppliers.
6. Itinerary changes
If minimum group sizes are not met, we may offer an alternative date or a full refund.
